The Retail Services Department at Athens International Airport manages the commercial areas within the Terminal Buildings, with a focus on providing high quality service to all airport users including passengers, visitors, business partners, and employees.
Our team works closely with business partners to create the optimal “mix” of stores a vibrant shopping environment that adapts to evolving market trends and the ever-changing needs of consumers.

Our business partners benefit from additional services such as participation in the annual shopping centre marketing plan, in-depth analysis of data from individual marketing surveys (i.e. passenger surveys, mystery shopping, consumer behavior) and access to information tools.
